
Roskilde Cathedral for groups
The impressive red brick Cathedral with the slender spires is one of the most remarkable buildings in Denmark. The World Heritage Committee has now inscribed Roskilde Cathedral on the World Heritage List. Since the early 15th century the Cathedral has been the favourite burial place of the Royal Family.

Please note that Roskilde Cathedral is a parish church and therefore used for church services and other religious ceremonies. When these are in progress the Cathedral will be closed to visitors. There are no toilets in the Cathedral.
